Senior Demand Programs Specialist - Engagement

* Strong understanding of engagement programs (primarily direct mail, content syndication and meeting setting programs) and their roles within integrated demand generation and regional marketing plans.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills — able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
* Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, especially with sales, regional marketing, operations, and creative teams.
* Analytical mindset with experience using data to measure impact, optimize campaigns, and report performance.
* Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for testing, learning, and innovating.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Sendoso).
* Team oriented with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet expectations and deadlines across multiple projects.
* Ability to excel both independently and as part of a team. Flexible and adaptable to evolve with the business.
** Minimum Qualifications
*** 3+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign operations, or marketing programs.
* Experience managing end-to-end direct mail campaigns (strategy through execution and analysis).
* Proven ability to drive measurable business results — pipeline growth, influenced revenue, engagement rates, etc.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience working in Marketing automation and CRM tools (i.e. Marketo, Salesforce)
* Experience with API integrations, attribution and BI tools (Tableau).
* Experience working with direct mail vendors (Sendoso), logistics providers, and fulfillment processes.
* Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) principles and multi-channel campaign integration.
* Track record of producing high quality MQLs that translate into revenue.
