Job Location: Eden Prairie, MN

• Effectively lead and manage activities and people in all phases of transportation civil engineering projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and client needs.
• Ensure designs, plans and specifications meet federal, state and local standards.
• Prepare and oversee detailed engineering analyses, designs and technical reports.
• Create and foster a project team culture of superior service for the client.
• Interact with clients, regulatory agencies and the public throughout project completion, and assist in business development activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Professional Engineer license in the applicable state, or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
• 8+ years of experience in the design and construction of state MnDOT and MN CSAH highway projects (preferred).
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Knowledge of project team roles and responsibilities.
• Familiarity with applicable federal, state and local standards.
• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
