We are seeking a Ratings & Reviews Program Coordinator to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN!
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Ratings & Reviews Program Coordinator to lead the day-to-day management of our customer review operations. In this role, you will own all Bazaarvoice campaign execution, monitoring and responding to incoming customer reviews. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending customer communication, light analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to improve both customer experience and product perception.
Job Responsibilities- Manage and execute all Bazaarvoice sampling / seeding campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and reporting.
- Ensure review content aligns with retailer requirements and launch timelines.
- Recap and summarize customer review themes for internal teams (product, marketing, and engineering).
- Evaluate campaign performance and monitor product ratings to determine when additional seeding initiatives may be needed; recommend proactive actions to improve star ratings.
- Handle customer service inquiries and claims related to product issues, service concerns, and/or functional questions.
- Respond to customer reviews and guest service issues in a timely manner; partner with internal teams to provide detailed troubleshooting responses for functional or quality-related issues.
- Identify and establish best practices of review workflows, messaging guidelines, and customer communication processes.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer experience, reviews management, or related roles.
- Experience with Bazaarvoice or a similar ratings & reviews platform a plus.
- Familiarity with responding to public customer reviews.
- Strong communication skills, working with internal teams, external vendors, and responding to customers.
- Strong organizational skills with laser focus accuracy and a high attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to take initiative and carry out responsibilities with little supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel).
