Base Representative, Client Relations - Part Time

Summary: The Base Representative, Client Relations provides on‑site support for all base duties as needed. They show attention to detail regarding the aesthetic and stocking needs of the respective base and are well‑trained in flight greeting and interactions with clients.

• Responsible for purchasing stock in accordance with Jet Linx Service Standards and submitting accurate and timely expense reports.
• Proactively communicate, document, and resolve complaints, escalating to management as necessary.
• Operate client vehicles cautiously around property including aircraft/ground equipment as needed. Wash vehicles when appropriate.
• Ensure work area, lobby, meeting areas, entryways and restrooms are clean, organized and inviting in accordance with Jet Linx Service Standards.
• Regular and predictable on‑site attendance required.
• Demonstrate Jet Linx’s core values and “Supply the High” in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to understand and tailor all actions in accordance with defined Jet Linx service standards.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients.
• Utilize client information for problem resolution and improvements in service.
• Work flexible, non‑standard hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Multi‑task and complete work within assigned timelines under minimal supervision.
• Self‑motivated and willing to take initiative to research and resolve problems.
• Be flexible and work in an environment with frequent changes to procedures, directions, and expectations.
• Handle and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Operate office equipment as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of professional customer service experience in an environment with elevated service standards preferred.
• Aviation industry experience or interest preferred.

• Majority of work in a normal office environment.
• Perform standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing daily functions.
• Move up to 25 pounds infrequently.

• Ability to obtain a U.S. driver’s license.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Jet Linx offers a competitive compensation and benefits package to team members. Starting hourly wages for this position range from $20 to $30 per hour. Actual hourly rates depend on geographic location, aircraft size, relevant education, training and experience of the candidate.
