As a Vice President within the UHG Trend Analytics' - Forecasting & Insights team, you will be instrumental in advancing healthcare analytics and developing data‑driven strategies that improve health outcomes. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive innovation, solve complex challenges, and deliver actionable insights for our business partners

• Delivery:
  • Serve as the lead actuary on large‑scale, complex engagements, ensuring high‑quality deliverables
  • Demonstrate an innovative solution‑oriented approach to managing relationships by deeply understanding each business, processes, and unique needs—proactively identifying opportunities to deliver greater value
  • Diagnose business partner needs and design comprehensive solutions that address both stated and underlying business challenges
  • Persuade partners of achievable results by building trust, minimizing risk through demonstrated expertise, and inspiring confidence with proven experience
  • Present analytic findings and proposals in a clear and compelling manner to C‑Suite senior leaders (CEO, CFO, etc), business partners as well as clinical, operational, and actuarial teams
  • Build strong relationships across key decision‑makers and influencers; use personal credibility and influence to achieve positive organizational impact
  • Oversee the development of sophisticated data programs and forecast models using tools such as SAS, SQL, Excel, R, Python, and Power
    
    BI, and interpret modeling results to synthesize actionable insights and clear recommendations
  • Provide strategic direction in program roadmap development and execution
