Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

• Checking in employees and highlighting on the Open Table system.
• Answering phones, taking reservations, and managing takeout orders.
• Ensuring menus are clean and organized.
• Greeting, checking in, and seating guests.
• Printing special instructions from Open Table and handing off to servers.
• Reviewing reservations and planning the shift accordingly.
• Using Open Table to capture guest information.
• Working with managers to ensure proper wait times.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the host stand and restrooms.
• Interacting with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading and computer skills.
• Ability to visually scan for available tables.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

This is an hourly, part-time position with varying hours, typically between 9 AM and 10 PM, seven days a week.
