CLIM-A-TECH INDUSTRIES INC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide temporary HR coverage during a planned leave of absence. You will support payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, employee relations, leave administration, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key duties include coordinating hiring, processing payroll, maintaining the employee database, OSHA log, onboarding, and performance review administration. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years HR experience are preferred.
