You'll have the chance to own full-cycle recruiting efforts, contribute ideas, and play a key role in helping our business meet important workforce goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, hiring priorities, and workforce challenges.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and overall fit.
  • Guide candidates and hiring managers through the interview and selection process.
  • Manage multiple openings simultaneously while delivering a positive, responsive recruiting experience.
  • Maintain accurate data and candidate movement within our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Use recruiting metrics and market insights to inform hiring strategies and improve results.
  • Represent Tennant's employment brand through networking, sourcing, and community outreach efforts.
  • Support recruiting initiatives and projects as business needs evolve.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Success Factors is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
  • Experience recruiting for skilled trades, field service, manufacturing, transportation, or light industrial roles preferred.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed hiring teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Comfort using recruiting data and market insights to drive hiring decisions.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Make an immediate impact supporting hiring for critical business functions across North America.
  • Partner closely with experienced HR and Talent Acquisition professionals.
  • Help shape sourcing and recruiting strategies while supporting hiring across North America.
  • Gain exposure to a variety of business leaders, hiring challenges, and recruiting initiatives.
  • Join a collaborative team that values partnership, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
