Scrum Master Project Manager

Our services include Mobile development, Web development, Cloud Computing, and IT Staffing. We specialize in iPhone and Android apps development, web designing, and web application development.

Duration: 6+ months

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Delighting customers
• Guiding the team and organization on Agile/Scrum practices and values
• Guiding the team on self-organization
• Assessing Scrum Maturity and coaching the team to higher levels
• Removing impediments
• Building a trusting and safe environment
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Assisting with internal and external communication
• Supporting and educating the Product Owner
• Providing support to the team using a servant leadership style

Required skills and experience:

• Rally software tool
• Experience as a Scrum Master for at least two years
• First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of Agile approaches and techniques
• Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience as a team lead
• Experience with widely successful Agile techniques
