We are seeking an Application Development Consultant to work on the QM Stars, Health Care Company Initiative, client implementation project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Participating in components of the development or maintenance standards for the design of data warehouse elements
• Implementing business rules via ETL, stored procedures, middleware, or other technologies
• Coordinating database development and determining project scope and limitations as part of a project team
• Reviewing ETL code and designs, UNIX scripts and SQL's developed by other team members
• Participating in planning, coordinating and implementing security measures to safeguard information in computer files

Required skills and tools include IBM Data Stage and Oracle. The ideal candidate will have experience working as part of a project team, implementing business rules, and participating in components of writing and coding logical and physical database descriptions.

The work will be performed at a preferred Health Care Company facility.
