• Immediate responsibility:
  Appear in court, interface with clients, and own pieces of active matters from day one.
• Hands‑on mentoring:
  Work closely with seasoned litigators who invest in your development.
• A collaborative team:
  High standards, low ego, and tight feedback loops.

• Lead and support motion practice, hearings, and case strategy meetings.
• Research and draft pleadings, briefs, and dispositive motions.
• Manage discovery (draft/respond to requests, review documents, prepare mediation briefs).
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff with professionalism and judgment.
• Contribute to a case roadmap alongside senior attorneys—and take ownership of your work product.

• Judicial clerkship (required).
• 2+ years of legal experience post‑clerkship.
• A genuine passion for litigation and trial work.
• Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ready to start immediately.
