Report To: A business lawyer who has private practice and in house experience. Humble, smart, common sense oriented.

Opportunity includes:

• Working with leadership to fully create, define and grow this new role.
• Liaise with outside counsel
• Work cross functionally with internal teams
• Commercial real estate: play a crucial role in finalizing deals including working on closing statements, compliance, financing, title review
• General Corporate: draft and negotiate contracts, entity formation, dissolution, etc.
• Position growth could include: management, oversight of additional legal areas based business needs and growth.

Strong compensation and benefit package. This group works in the office together 3 to 4 days a week.
