Collaborate with Engineering and Operations during new product introduction and product lifecycle changes to influence material selection for cost, performance, quality, availability, and sustainability.
Support specifications, sample and validation requirements, alternate-material development, and change-control activities.
Lead risk mitigation, escalation, and recovery plans for raw-material shortages, obsolescence, logistics disruptions, force majeure events, long lead times, and other threats to production continuity.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
At least five years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or commodity management, including direct ownership of production materials such as polymers and resins, metals, chemicals, adhesives, coatings, films, packaging, or comparable categories.
