Riser Fitness, established in 2013, is a multi‑unit operator and developer of the Club Pilates franchise system. Riser Fitness is one of the largest and longest‑operating franchisees.
PositionThe General Manager will oversee all studio functions from sales to instructors. They will lead all sales efforts, drive membership growth, and prevent member attrition. The General Manager will hire, train, and manage Sales Associates and supervise studio staff. The role requires independent judgment in managing studio operations and directing employee work.

- 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in sales
- Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in‑person, telephone, email)
- Comfortable in a fast‑changing, diverse environment
- Recognize areas of improvement and make data‑driven changes
- Affinity and passion for fitness
- Strong writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
- Collaborative with co‑workers, clients, and the public
- Proficient with computers and Studio software
- Lead generation, including grass roots marketing and networking
- Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
- Ensure studio retail products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
- Train and supervise Sales Associates
- Hire and manage instructors at the studio
- Use Club Ready to generate revenue and attendance reports
- Review instructor evaluations and mentor/discipline as needed
- Make independent decisions related to high‑level customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
- Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
- Ensure all forms, supplies, and literature are stocked and visible
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Base Salary: $55,000–$60,000
- $55,000–$78,000 potential total compensation including bonuses
- Monthly performance bonus opportunities up to $18,000 annually
