The Team Lead position will oversee a team of cleaning technicians at various locations around the Twin Cities Metro.

At Precision Commercial Cleaning, we deliver top-quality commercial cleaning services with professionalism, consistency, and care. We provide a wide variety of facility services ranging from the fundamental janitorial services to advanced disinfection services. Lastly, we provide most of our services after-hours, but some customers require service during regular business hours.

As we continue to grow, we created a new position:
Team Lead + Recruitment to help us maintain our high standards and build a strong, reliable team. This position will help manage our teams, help maintain high quality standards, and become a valuable resource for sourcing future team members. A successful candidate in this position will have opportunities for future promotions and expanded responsibilities.

The Team Lead will oversee a team of Cleaning Technicians, ensure service quality through regular inspections, and manage recruitment efforts to fill open positions. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, maintaining high standards, and building strong teams. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates become a priority for this position and will receive higher compensation for the additional skills.

Team Supervision

• Lead and support Cleaning Technicians across multiple job sites
• Follow the internal standard operating procedures for cleaning processes
• Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion of duties
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations

Quality Control

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met
• Address service issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain inspection records and follow up on improvements

Recruitment

• Identify staffing needs and lead recruitment efforts
• Outreach to communities based on client locations
• Screen, interview, and onboard new Cleaning Technicians
• Collaborate with management to meet staffing goals

• Experience in a commercial janitorial or team lead role (preferably in commercial cleaning or facilities management)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience with recruitment or hiring processes is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to travel between job sites and work varied hours as needed
