• Lead and coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production of goods and services.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and minimize costs, aligning all departments toward company objectives.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of service, continuously improving processes.
• Lead, mentor, and foster a positive work environment, encouraging productivity and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, managing operational risks.
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, evaluating and improving operational and financial performance.
• Work closely with other departments (IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance) to ensure alignment and support organizational goals.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 8–10 years of management or leadership roles with strong business operations and financial management understanding.
• Leadership:
  Strong interpersonal skills to manage teams and foster collaboration.
• Analytical:
  Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

The US base salary range for this position is $ – $ plus bonus and benefits. Compensation is determined by role and level, reflecting the target for the role across all US locations.
