Sky Water Search Partners is excited to partner with a $1B AUM leading Broker/Dealer and Investment Advisor to find a new strategic Head of Business Development.
This executive will be responsible for spearheading national recruiting efforts for the firm and strategically managing the firm's growth plans and firm-wide recruitment strategy.
This highly visible role will report directly to the President of the firm and will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process-from building the pipeline to closing advisor recruits. This person is expected to travel throughout the country building relationships with advisors at competing IBD firms.
This person will also lead the management and retainment of breakaways and hybrids that may be open to a chance in affiliation.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience attracting and retaining advisor/advisor team recruits, particularly from the IBD space. A strong grasp of the current advisor landscape including advisor needs, demands, industry trends and hot button topics is a key to success.
This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, competitive drive with active engagement and an appetite for grwoth.
