Build and Lead a Newly Created Global Function Driving Evergen's Next Phase of Growth

• Director:
  Up to $190,000 Base + $40,000 Target Bonus
• Sr. Director:
  Up to $225,000 Base + $50,000 Target Bonus

As Evergen continues its rapid growth as a global leader in regenerative medicine, we are creating a new enterprise leadership position that will transform how procurement, planning, and operational decision-making are managed across our global organization.

Historically, procurement and planning activities have been managed independently at each site. As we expand our portfolio, manufacturing capabilities, global footprint, and customer partnerships, we are taking the next step in building a more connected, scalable, and world-class operating model.

We are seeking an experienced Director or Senior Director of Global Procurement & Planning to build, lead, and evolve a newly established global function responsible for:

• Global Procurement Strategy
• Supply & Material Planning
• Multi-Site Operational Analytics

Reporting directly to the EVP of Operations, this executive leader will be responsible for creating alignment across operations in the United States and Germany while developing the systems, processes, people, and capabilities required to support Evergen's future growth.

This role will play a critical part in helping Evergen:

Drive Growth Readiness Build the infrastructure, processes, systems, and supplier networks needed to support future expansion and increasing customer demand.

Create Global Alignment Establish consistent procurement, planning, and operational processes across multiple manufacturing sites while leveraging local expertise.

Strengthen Functional Excellence Develop best-in-class sourcing, planning, analytics, and supplier management capabilities that will differentiate Evergen as a leading regenerative medicine CDMO.

Improve Customer Outcomes Enable reliable supply, operational agility, and scalable growth that supports customers developing life-changing therapies and medical technologies.
