Production Lead – Bakery Production Lead

Lunds & Byerlys is currently hiring a full-time Bakery Production Lead to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers. This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $30.30. We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year and require availability around 12:00am-8:00pm.

• Directing, leading, and training staff
• Assisting bakery production operations from start to finish, including mixing, proofing, oven and machine operations, and packaging
• Maintaining a clean work area, including cleaning floors, utensils, equipment, walls, and metal surfaces to keep them clean, sanitary, and orderly

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years’ work in bakery
• Prior supervisory experience
• Completes tasks promptly and carefully
• Ability to work quickly and cleanly
• Ability to respond to continually changing priorities
• Must have the ability to interpret and follow a recipe and procedures
• Ability to read and write English
