Relief Operator

Mitchell Road is currently hiring a self‑directed and outgoing Relief Operator to produce high‑quality products for our customers. This full‑time position earns a competitive wage of $22.50‑$24.50 per hour.

We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. Availability required around 4:00 am‑12:00 pm.

$22.50/hr – $24.50/hr

• Operate ovens, monitor baking, and handle loading/unloading
• Prepare mixes, pans, and baking sheets as needed
• Process frozen products by thawing, proofing, and baking
• Perform base icing, slicing, traying, wrapping, and packaging of products
• Operate and maintain machines, ensuring accurate weighing and packaging
• Follow food safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, maintain a clean, and sanitary work area

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  
  Operating large‑scale machines, continuous flow systems, prior food manufacturing experience preferred
