We’re hiring a DTF Print Operator to run and maintain our direct-to-film print production workflow. You’ll be responsible for preparing artwork files, operating printing and curing equipment, and ensuring high-quality print transfer results. If you’ve worked in CNC machining, sign shops, vinyl/laser, screen printing, or fabrication , this role is an excellent match — we can train the DTF process.

• Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Half-day Fridays during summer

• Operate and monitor DTF printing, curing, and powder-shaker equipment
• Load artwork files and verify print accuracy and scale
• Inspect prints for clarity, alignment, and color consistency
• Prepare garments and apply prints using heat press equipment
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
• Keep workstation clean, efficient, and production-ready
• Assist with packaging and fulfillment when needed
• Follow UNR quality control standards for consistency and finish

• Mechanically minded and comfortable using equipment
• Detail-focused — takes pride in accuracy and repeatability
• Calm under pressure and works well against deadlines
• Organized, tidy, and efficient in workflow
• Enjoys hands‑on production work and problem‑solving

Required:

• Comfortable operating machinery and hand tools
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Can follow written and verbal instructions
• Positive, reliable, and willing to learn

Preferred (not required):

• Print shop, fabrication, CNC, finishing, or apparel decoration experience

• Paid training
• Half-day Fridays in summer
