Marketing Automation Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to support a non-profit organization in Eden Prairie, Minnesota through a Contract assignment. This role focuses on building and optimizing Hub Spot-driven campaigns that strengthen audience engagement, improve communication workflows, and support broader marketing goals. The ideal candidate brings hands-on marketing automation experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate campaign needs into effective digital execution.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, launch, and refine automated marketing campaigns in Hub Spot to improve outreach effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Manage email marketing workflows, segmentation strategies, and lead nurturing activities that align with organizational objectives.
• Maintain marketing automation assets, including forms, lists, templates, and campaign tracking elements, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor campaign performance, interpret engagement data, and recommend adjustments that enhance results across digital initiatives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand communication goals and convert them into scalable automation solutions.
• Support platform administration tasks within Hub Spot, including data hygiene, contact organization, and process documentation.
• Help implement operational updates within the marketing automation environment when changes to systems or workflows affect campaign execution.
