Gen Ministry Assistant

Grace Church - Eden Prairie

Part‑time: 32 hours/week
Hourly – Non‑Exempt

Base pay range: $21.00/hr – $23.00/hr

• Support re:gen leadership team (weekly meals, training materials).
• Support re:gen programming (signage set‑up, book sales, group materials, Pro Presenter slides).
• Coordinate re:gen volunteers – create schedules and assign volunteers (greeting, book sales, clean‑up).
• Provide support for re:generation mentor trainings.
• Oversee re:generation childcare – scheduling staff, parent coordination, childcare programming.
• Support re:gen CCB logistics, in cooperation with the re:gen Ministry Coordinator (matching online forms, creating profiles, assisting with related processes/queues, scheduling emails).
• Help order/maintain inventory of re:gen books and related In/Out account.

• Post‑high school degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Grace Church platforms.
• Intermediate computer application skills.
• Strong communication skills (writing, phone).
• Experience in organizing and maintaining multiple projects and strong administrative skills.
• Must be warm, caring, and responsive to others’ needs.
• Monday evenings required; participation in re:generation requested within 2 years.
• Demonstrated personal relationship with Jesus Christ through Word and prayer, evidencing fruit of the Holy Spirit.
• Committed to active participation in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18‑20).
• Member of Grace Church, attending weekend worship and participating in church life.
• Skills in relating to volunteers, staff, congregation within a team environment.
• Spiritual capacity and willingness to view this ministry unto Christ.
• Upholds Grace Church’s Mission, Vision, Values, Priorities, and appropriate Christian ministry lifestyle.
• Agrees to abide by the staff handbook.
