We are seeking a Lead of Quality Assurance & Quality Control (Hands‑On, Scalable Systems Builder) to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN!
About the RoleWe are looking for a hands‑on QA/QC leader who can build quality systems that scale.
This role owns the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of our quality infrastructure as the business grows in complexity, volume, and global reach. This position initiates and owns the quality processes and systems, while partnering with global teams who execute root cause analysis and corrective actions. The QA/QC leader evaluates, challenges, refines, and clearly communicates those findings—internally and externally. This is a builder‑and‑operator role: creating the necessary systems used daily and continuously making improvements.

- Design and own systems to track and trend:
- Product reviews and field feedback
- Unsaleable and return
- CAPA initiation and status
- COPQ tracking and implementation
- CAPA performance and effectiveness over time (efficacy tracking)
- Ensure systems remain simple, scalable, and actionable, avoiding unnecessary complexity.
- Initiate and own CAPA records based on product reviews, field issues, testing failures, and more.
- Partner with global teams and suppliers who execute root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Evaluate, question, and refine submitted root cause analyses and corrective actions to ensure accuracy, depth, and clarity.
- Edit and structure CAPA documentation to ensure it is technically sound, customer‑ready, and easy to understand.
- Own verification of effectiveness (VOE) and closure decisions.
- Be able to quickly summarize and respond to leadership questions regarding quality status and product insights.
- Translate large volumes of quality and technical data into clear trends, risks, and priorities.
- Build dashboards and summaries that support fast, confident decision‑making.
- Produce concise internal and customer‐facing summaries that clearly explain what happened, why, what is being done to rectify the issue, and how recurrence will be prevented.
- Work with review seeding teams to ensure correct number of products are seeded for launch and action items are taken on initial review feedback prior to official product launch.
- Communicate with all internal team members for UPC updates when product changes occur.
- Ensure the guest QA team is equipped with unique answers and information on specific products to help guests understand products.
