Aloe Up sunscreen is a premium sunscreen brand that mainly services independent retailers in the golf, resort, and outdoor markets. We are a small team doing big things so every person matters. A passionate team, we produce the best-feeling sunscreen on the market, having delighted customers since 1983.
We are looking for a business-to-business (B2B) inside sales representative who is goal-oriented and self‑motivated. Good communication skills and customer service will be essential. This full‑time on‑site position, with the option to grow into one remote day per week, involves generating prospects, qualifying leads, and converting them into customers. Your main task will be calling potential customers to create new accounts and providing proactive customer service to existing accounts.
Responsibilities- Calling new and current accounts nationwide to sell sunscreen to golf, resort, outdoor markets, etc.
- Helping coordinate our trade shows (and attending if you want to travel)
- Helping organize and track our White Glove Program, which connects with resorts one by one to present the services Aloe Up can provide
- Monthly data analysis on historical sales to provide just‑in‑time marketing/proactive outreach to accounts that may need to order
- Managing promotional emails to engage and increase business with current and new customers
- Excellence in phone presence, verbal, and written communication skills
- Comfortable making calls and sending emails
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong organization and follow‑through skills to track leads, follow‑up, and close deals
- Self‑directed and takes initiative (small companies/teams require a can‑do attitude with someone who wants to wear multiple hats)
Experience with Nutshell, Quick Books, Market Time, or any CRM or ERP system is a plus.
