Lead Carpenter/ Handyman

As a Lead Carpenter/Handyman, your role is vital in ensuring the successful completion of various construction and repair projects.

Vice President

8:00am - 4:30pm Monday thru Friday, with occasional Saturdays and overtime.

We are a general contracting company who specialize in restoration, design & build for both interior and exterior related projects.

• Proven experience as a carpenter/handyman, with knowledge of various carpentry techniques (Minimum 10 yrs experience)
• Strong proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Solid understanding of construction and renovation processes
• Excellent knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Good communication and technical skills

• Plan and execute various carpentry and handyman tasks including but not limited to framing, roofing, flooring, and cabinetry installation
• Interpret and analyze blueprints, designs, and construction plans
• Measure, cut, shape, and join materials using hand and power tools
• Install doors, windows, and other fixtures, ensuring proper functionality and alignment
• Repair and replace damaged or worn-out components in structures and fixtures
• Supervise and coordinate the work of other team members, providing guidance and training when necessary
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
• Utilize appropriate safety protocols and equipment to ensure a secure working environment
• Stay updated with the latest carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
