Key Responsibilities:

Must Have: Snowflake, Azure Data Factory (ADF)(Proficient), Azure Databricks(Proficient)

  • Define data elements and establish policies and procedures for data collection.
  • Coordinate with different departments to identify and understand their data requirements.
  • Maintain and ensure the quality, integrity, and compliance of data across the organization.
  • Oversee data migration, transformation, and validation processes.
  • Implement data standards, rules, and quality requirements.
  • Provide support for data warehousing, mining, and distribution.
  • Resolve data issues and discrepancies and ensure data consistency.
  • Develop and maintain data catalogs, dictionaries, and taxonomies.
  • Conduct regular data audits to verify data accuracy and integrity.
  • Advise and train staff on data management and quality principles.
  • Implement data privacy policies and ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR.

    Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive experience in data management and governance.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in cloud platforms (Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
  • Experience with data migration to cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
