Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Technical Product Owners (TPOs) to drive successful project delivery
Develop strong AI applications that are used across clinical platform teams Lead a team of AI engineers to deliver cutting edge AI/LLM models
Provide leadership in software development, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet business needs
Take ownership of operational support, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues efficiently
Actively participate in all deployment activities, ensuring smooth releases and minimizing downtime
Lead and mentor development teams, fostering best practices in software engineering and agile delivery
Drive end-to-end delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and align with organizational goals You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in software development with a proven track record of leading multiple teams
Industry Knowledge: 5+ years of experience in clinical or healthcare-related projects1+ years of AI experience, working on developing AI/LLM models
Experience with leading AI teams in past Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Java, Camunda, PostgreSQL, React, Kafka, and Elasticsearch Preferred

Strong ability to work with business stakeholders and end users to translate requirements into technical solutions
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical teams and business partners

The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
