Job Summary:

As a Ground Specialist at Inflight Aviation, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our aviation services. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to aircraft handling, fueling, and maintenance support. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and has a passion for the aviation industry.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to pilots, crew members, and passengers.

Perform aircraft marshaling and parking operations.

Conduct aircraft fueling, including fuel quality checks and accurate record-keeping.

Assist in aircraft towing, parking, and hangar operations.

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of ground service equipment.

Assist in aircraft cleaning as necessary.

Coordinate with air traffic control and other airport personnel to ensure smooth aircraft operations.

Respond to and handle emergency situations in accordance with established procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including fueling stations and equipment storage.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in aviation line services or a related field preferred

Knowledge of aircraft handling and fueling procedures

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the aviation industry

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
