Commitment incentive:
Up to $7,500 may be offered. The commitment incentive will be distributed in four (4) payments over a two (2) year commitment and will be considered part of the referring employee’s yearly earned income, subject to all applicable tax with holdings. Equal installments of $1,875 will be made after each six (6) months of work completed for up to two (2) years.

Serves as a Licensed Practical Nurse for a Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.

• NC LPN License, BCLS

• None required.
