One of our newest factories, located along the Virginia border, breathes new life into a former brewery, creating an innovative and technologically advanced pet food manufacturing facility. We have transformed the existing structure in Rockingham County to produce leading dry dog and cat food brands, including Purina Pro Plan®, Purina ONE®, and Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets®. • Lead warehouse team members—overseeing receiving, storage, and shipping functions in support of plant production operations.
• Monitor direct reports, complete performance reviews, and assess warehouse productivity using the labor management system.
• Resolve personnel, mechanical, operational, and resource‑related issues.
• Mentor and coach warehouse team members and set development goals.
• Perform various clerical and administrative duties such as time approval and staffing planning.
• Seek out opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, efficient, and cost‑effective warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with operating and safety standards.

This position will require availability to work the night shift, 6 pm – 6 am.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or transportation environment.
• 1+ year of supervisory/leadership experience.

The approximate range for this position is $64,000 – $94,000. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as geographic location.
