Responsible for moving product to designated locations within the warehouse by use of a Walkie Rider or Reach powered industrial truck. This opportunity is based in our
862 Sales Marketing and Distribution Team.

• Must be able to log into a scanner/RF unit.
• Must follow detailed instructions as shown on the scanner/RF unit to start and complete a task.
• Responsible for moving product from receiving area to a specific location as indicated on the RF unit.
• Responsible for moving product from a specific location to a shipping stage location.
• Must be able to do heavy lifting involving pallets and/or boxes as needed.
• Maintain checklist of Walkie Rider or Reach Forklift daily for preventive maintenance and safety purposes.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

The requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 – 3 years’ experience in warehouse/distribution
• Must be certified to operate a Walkie Rider and/or Reach Forklift
• Computer skills preferredees with some knowledge in Labor Management.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good hand – eye coordination
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including overtime as needed.
• Medium lifting – 50-lbs maximum, frequent lifting of 25 lbs.+, frequent walking or standing 50 % or more.
• Ability to reason and make judgements and understand instruction and principles.
• Ability to perform RF scanner unit operations clearly.
• Ability to perceive pertinent detail in verbal or written material.
• Use words and their meanings effectively. Comprehend language, present information, or ideas clearly.
• Hearing is required to hear instructions, receive information from various sources, and understand safety warnings.
• Vision is required to read instructions, interpret data, and work throughout the warehouse without incident.
