We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager with a minimum of six (6+) months of management or third key experience. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, leading and developing staff, recruiting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position offers an hourly wage plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.

• Foster a customer-centric environment and address customer issues promptly.
• Train and develop staff, including Pawnbrokers.
• Recruit top talent and manage store opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure asset protection and inventory control.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
• Monitor loan processes and ensure store standards are met.
• Act as manager on duty when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Effective supervision skills and ability to work with firearms (certification required).
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or GED, flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy, multitasking ability, detail-oriented, and cash handling experience.
• Strong work ethic and business acumen.

Bilingual applicants encouraged. The commission plan offers potential earnings of 2-8% based on gross profit. All employees must agree to arbitration and comply with wage laws.
