We are seeking full-time Retail Sales Associates to join our team nationwide. The role involves engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and working with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, electronics, tools, and firearms (in FFL locations). The position offers hourly wages plus commissions based on productivity.

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Complete training and perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work with firearms and become certified.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation and team spirit.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS system experience.
