Job Summary:

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to complete tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As a FAST Team Member, you should be flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Key responsibilities include maintaining attendance, working varied shifts, communicating with supervisors, completing planograms and store layout initiatives, performing store measurements, cycle counts, signage hanging, merchandise assembly, and ensuring customer satisfaction through GURA principles.

Required Qualifications: Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. Education level is flexible; reading, writing, and counting skills are necessary.

Preferred Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, computer skills, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and ethically resolve issues.

Working Conditions: Mostly indoor with moderate noise, with shifts generally 4-8 hours, involving travel between store locations using personal vehicle. Adherence to safety guidelines is essential.

Physical Requirements: Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, operate equipment, and move throughout the store efficiently. The role is physically demanding and requires stamina and safety awareness.
