As a Security Officer - Armed School Patrol you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries, primarily education. You’ll conduct patrols, remain highly visible to deter incidents, and provide exceptional service while upholding Allied Universal’s values.

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and participating in emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain visible presence to deter unwanted activity and assist students, staff, and visitors as needed.
• Document and report security‑related incidents, observations, and activities per Allied Universal procedures.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services during incidents.
• Support enforcement of site‑specific security and conduct policies.

• A valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• An armed guard card or license.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be subject to state/local laws.
