Job Responsibilities

This role involves supporting residents with personal hygiene, daily living needs, providing comfort, transportation, and vital sign monitoring.

Provides resident-centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining vital signs, psychosocial support, and other personal cares. Assists with meals, hydration, and provides a positive dining experience. Helps residents with transfers, repositioning, walking using proper techniques and equipment; performs range of motion and passive exercises. Documents care and behaviors per policies and regulations. Handles linens and soiled clothing properly, follows hand hygiene and PPE guidelines.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited nursing assistant training program approved by the state.

Effective communication skills, ability to perform tasks, participate in training, and use electronic medical records for documentation.

Ability to measure and understand quantities.

Compensation & Benefits

$2,500 Hiring Bonus! Starting wages at $20/hr for CNAs.
