Job Responsibilities
  • Support residents with personal hygiene and daily needs, providing comfort, transportation, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Administer resident-centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and psychosocial support.
  • Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Assist with transfers, repositioning, walking, and perform range of motion exercises using proper techniques and equipment.
  • Document care and behaviors accurately according to policies and regulations.
  • Handle linens, soiled clothing, and supplies properly, following hygiene protocols.
    • Qualifications
    • Completion of an accredited nursing assistant training program approved by the state.
    • Effective communication skills and ability to perform assigned tasks, including use of electronic medical records.
    • Ability to measure and understand quantities.
    Compensation and Benefits

    $5,000 Hiring Bonus
    Starting wage: CNAs at $20/hour.
    Full-time CNAs receive comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance for themselves and their families. PTO accrues from the first day. Perfect attendance is rewarded. Shift differentials: $1 more for evenings, $2 more for overnight shifts.
