Job Responsibilities:

• This position provides care to residents in a caring, safe, and efficient manner, following location standards, procedures, and individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with personal items, maintaining appearance, passing snacks, pouring beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintain residents' living areas, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Support residents' independence and observe and report their conditions.
• Document work and tests performed.
• Respond to residents' requests and foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

• No high school diploma or certification required; prior experience may not be necessary.
• Ability to perform tasks, attend training, and use electronic medical records.
• Basic communication skills and ability to measure quantities.

• Earn $18/hour while studying to become a CNA, with wages increasing to $20/hour upon certification.
