This position provides care to assigned residents in a caring, safe, and efficient manner and is responsible for performing the following according to location standards, procedures, and individualized resident care plans:
Completion and certification in an accredited nursing assistant training program and a state-approved trained medication aide course, which may require a high school diploma or GED, depending on state regulations.
Basic communication skills, ability to measure and understand quantities, and knowledge of the therapeutic effects and side effects of medications.
Compensation and ScheduleStarting wage of $21/hr! The primary shift is evenings from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm, with a $1/hour shift differential after 6 pm. On-call employees commit to working at least 4 shifts per month or a weekend rotation and earn PTO benefits.
