• Assist with formulating a plan of care for residents in the pertinent area
• Provide nursing care to residents according to physician orders and regulations
• Update plan of care when needed; observe and document observations and care given to residents
• Use the EMR accurately and ensure physicians are notified and orders processed
• Receive and share information; observe and report residents’ conditions
• Respond promptly to resident call lights
• Direct and assist with resident, family/significant other education; notify family on condition changes
• Handle linens properly and dispose of soiled linens, clothing, or supplies in adherence to regulations and guidelines
• Use standard precautions with personal protective equipment and observe transmission guidelines; wash hands between resident cares
• Report and assure timely follow up on signs/symptoms of resident infections

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensure for state of practice required
• Prior work experience in a similar or related position may be helpful
• Knowledge and familiarity with therapeutic effects and side effects of all medications administered

$10,000 hiring bonus. LPN starting wage is $27.50. Full benefits package includes BCBS health insurance, dental and vision insurance at low monthly rates. PTO benefits accrue from the first day. 52-bed skilled, resident‑centered Christian nursing facility.
