As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Mastermind Behavior Services, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in-home. You will implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collect and document data on client progress. Additionally, you will collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

- Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
- Must have or be willing to obtain the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
