• Welcome all customers and set expectations.
• Custom‑fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen.
• Take and record measurements, adjusting and fitting eyewear with attention to detail to meet standards and customer needs.
• Assist the team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Use technology accurately under time pressure, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and tool usage.
• Proactively explore root causes of issues, providing solutions to exceed customer expectations.
• Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time amid competing priorities.
• Aim to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies.
• Maintain store appearance, ensuring it remains clean, attractive, and organized.
• Report safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices.
• Exhibit resourcefulness, self‑motivation, and a desire for continual learning and improvement.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure as an optician.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills: communication, listening, and teamwork.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet for selling.
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and calculators.
• Embraces new technology and change.

• Previous customer service and retail experience.
