Position Overview

St. Elizabeth Physicians is seeking an experienced Anesthesia Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our award-winning healthcare team. As an integral member of our anesthesia care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our organization.

• Provide pre‑anesthesia care services including pre‑anesthesia evaluation
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other clinicians to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, order and review diagnostic tests as needed, and place medication orders
• Educate patients and families on anesthesia options, risks, and post‑operative care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction

• APRN Certification FNP Required
• Experience in pre‑operative or post‑operative care preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of electronic medical records and anesthesia information management systems
• Skill in case management, time management, and problem‑solving
• Ability to analyze complex data and draw conclusions
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team‑based decision‑making culture
