Venus Healthcare Solutions LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Personal Care Aide to join our team in Parkville, MD. Responsibilities:- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes or care settings
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring dietary needs
Support clients with mobility, transfers, and light exercise or physical therapy routines - Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with medication reminders
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Previous experience as a caregiver, personal care aide, home health aide (HHA), or CNA preferred
- Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care
- Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring, and supporting clients with mobility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client locations in the Parkville, MD area
- Able to work evening shifts if needed
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check
