Your Impact- Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods between workstations, storage areas, and shipping docks.
- Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update material tracking systems (e.g., ERP or MES).
- Stage materials for production lines based on work orders and schedules.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure materials are undamaged and properly labeled.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve material flow issues.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods to supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Your WorkplaceYou will work onsite at the location of Edgewood, MD with your wonderful AGCO colleagues in person. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, dirt, fumes, factory noise, sharp objects, & close proximity to vehicles, such handcarts & forklifts. Candidates must be able to consistently lift 35 pounds & perform a variety of physical functions, including constant walking, bending, pushing/pulling, crouching, kneeling, etc.
Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
