- Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T‑Mobile brand to life.
- They’re brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services.
- They immerse themselves in significant connections with our customers, building new and deepening existing relationships.
- They build expertise in uncovering customers’ needs and educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions.
- This learning role requires new associates to complete training and develop proficiencies.
- Build proficiency related to serving and selling to customers, providing world‑class experience and loyalty.
- Help customers pick up where they left off, whether online, via Customer Care, or in‑store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
- Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan.
- Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
- Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, unlimited services, and new innovations.
- Complete training on T‑Mobile in‑store experience and processes.
- Make the most of shift time by learning about innovations in wireless technology.
- Cash handling and store operations as needed.
- Partner with T‑Mobile employees across channels, owning customer experience and resolving issues.
- Identify and hand‑off small business leads.
- Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment.
- Passionate customer advocate who enjoys being authentic.
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing ideas and resolving issues.
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
- At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail preferred.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
