Up to £50,000 Basic Salary | Monday-Friday | Premium Vehicles | No Corporate Targets

Edgware, North West London

The automotive industry is full of workshops promising a great working environment. Very few actually deliver it.

We are a well-established independent specialist garage with an outstanding local reputation and a growing customer base. As demand continues to increase, we are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team.

If you're currently working in a dealership or independent garage and feel undervalued, underpaid, or fed up with unrealistic targets, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

We believe skilled technicians deserve excellent pay, modern facilities, ongoing training, and a workplace where quality matters more than rushing jobs through the workshop.

What You'll Get
  • Basic salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday working
  • Only 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
  • Overtime available
  • Ongoing technical training and development
  • Genuine career progression opportunities
  • Work on premium and prestige vehicles
  • Clean, organised and fully equipped workshop
  • Relaxed and professional working environment
  • Free onsite parking
  • Company pension scheme
  • Supportive management team that understands the trade
The Role

You'll be carrying out:

  • Vehicle servicing and maintenance
  • Diagnostics and fault finding
  • Mechanical repairs
  • Vehicle inspections and health checks
  • High-quality workmanship across a range of premium vehicles

This is a hands‑on role where your technical ability will be recognised and valued.

About You

You will ideally have:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Strong servicing and repair experience
  • Diagnostic experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • A professional attitude and pride in your work

Experience with premium or prestige vehicles would be beneficial but is not essential.

Why Technicians Join Us

Because they want:

  • Better work‑life balance
  • Less stress
  • Better vehicles to work on
  • Ongoing investment in their skills
  • A workshop that is clean, organised and properly run
  • A team environment where they are respected

We are not looking for someone to simply fill a vacancy.

We are looking for a technician who wants to build a long-term career with a successful independent specialist that genuinely values its people.
