About us and the role Every child deserves to feel seen, supported and inspired, and this role places you at the heart of making that happen. As a Learning Coach, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive, nurturing and ambitious environment where all pupils can thrive, regardless of their starting point or individual needs.
Working closely with teachers and school leaders, you will provide support across the classroom, in small groups and one-to-one, helping every pupil to access a broad and engaging curriculum. No two days will be the same. You will adapt in the moment, respond to individual needs and build strong, trusting relationships that enable pupils to grow in confidence, resilience and independence.
This is a role for someone with empathy, energy and a genuine passion for education. Through collaboration with colleagues, engagement with families and a commitment to continuous improvement, you will help shape a school experience that is inclusive, connected and truly transformative for every learner.

What will you do?
Support teachers in delivering high-quality, inclusive learning by working with individuals, small groups and whole classes to meet a range of needs.
Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, promoting their social, emotional and academic development.
Adapt support and interventions to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and EAL, using guidance and assessment to inform practice.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers and external professionals to support pupil progress and contribute to the wider school community.
Contribute to a safe, respectful and engaging learning environment, promoting positive behaviour and safeguarding at all times

Evidence of strong communication skills;
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing

Excellent level of literacy and numeracy skills
