Behaviour Support Assistant Brent September 2026 A high-performing secondary school in Brent is seeking a Psychology or Criminology graduate to join as a Behaviour Support Assistant. This ambitious 11-18 school offers a busy, purposeful environment where graduates can gain first-hand experience supporting pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation and additional needs Behaviour Support Assistant role paying £90-100 per day PAYE, full-time and term-time only.

Excellent training for graduates aspiring to teach, work with SEN, become Educational Psychologists or pursue careers in youth justice, mental health or pastoral support. Behaviour Support Assistant opportunity in Brent offering direct experience with behaviour, safeguarding, emotional regulation and student intervention. Support pupils in a high-performing school with clear expectations, strong routines and a commitment to excellent outcomes. Work closely with students who need help managing emotions, behaviour, confidence, social interaction and engagement in lessons.
